The South East League (SEL) is an inter-club competition in the South East Orienteering Association (SEOA) area. Events are held during the autumn, winter and spring seasons normally at SEOA registered level B fixtures but quality level Cs may be used if there is a full range of courses. Members of clubs affiliated to the SEOA, including HAVOC, score points based on target times. The leading clubs in division one and two are awarded the club trophies. For more details of the rules and scoring see the SEOA website

The 2025/26 season has the following fixtures:

The South East Individual League (SEIL) as the name suggests is an individual competition in the South East Orienteering Association (SEOA) area. There are seven to nine events held during the calendar year at level B or good quality level C fixtures. Individuals compete against their peers in their particular age class for the year and medals are awarded to the winners in each age class from M/W10 to M/W80; men and women being scored separately. Only HAVOC members who are affiliated to the SEOA qualify for league points. However, EAOA affiliated HAVOC members are very welcome to take part in these events but you will not be eligible to win a medal. No registration is required to join the league and, providing you are a SEOA member, you just run at one of the league events to be be eligible to score points, collect enough points and you will receive a medal or a certificate for your achievement.

Details of the age class/course combinations, scoring and a list of previous winners can be found on the SE League page of the SEOA website.
