Orienteering is an exciting outdoor adventure sport which involves walking or running whilst navigating around a course using a detailed map and sometimes a compass.
It does not matter how young, old or fit you are, as you can run, walk or jog and progress at your own pace.
You can visit one of our
Permanent Courses, which have marker posts for you to find, or use an app on your smartphone (or watch) to take part in “ Virtual Orienteering". Both of these can be done at a time convenient for yourself.
