The HAVOC annual dinner will be held at The Springhouse, Springhouse Road, Corringham. SS17 7QT (what3words: ///began.mimic.pints) at 7.30pm for 8pm sit down on Saturday 16th May 2026.

The menu comprises the following (choose one item from each group):

Starter

Homemade Scotch Egg with Caramelised Onion

Prawn Cocktail

Vegetable Feta Tart (v)

 

Main

Lamb Rump with Dauphinoise Potatoes and Redcurrant Gravy

Roasted Pork Belly with Cider Gravy, Apple Puree and Colcannon

Herb crusted Haddock with New Potatoes and White Wine Sauce

Sweet potato, butternut Squash and caramelised onion strudel (v)

 

All served with a selection of vegetables

 

Dessert

Eton Mess Panna Cotta

Chocolate Profiteroles

Pear and Almond Tart with Toffee Sauce and Ice Cream

 

Tea or Coffee

 

Highlights will include a raffle, the presentation of the HAVOC champions with their trophies/medals and a speech from our Chair.

The price of the meal is £28 for adults and £14 for juniors (under 21) which includes a drink from the bar on arrival and wine with the meal.
