Map 1:10,000 using ISOM 2017, resurveyed by Tom Edelsten autumn 2017 with updates made for each subsequent event.
Competitors should ensure that their footwear has good grips, or studs, as some steep tracks could be slippery, especially if it rains prior to the event. Full arm and leg cover is highly recommended, and if particulary cold or wet weather is forecast, competitors should bring adequate clothing.
