2026 HAVOC AGM
The 2026 HAVOC AGM will take place via a virtual Zoom meeting this year. The meeting be at 8pm on Mon 12th Oct 2026.
All HAVOC members are welcome to attend. If you would like to, please inform the club secretary, Colin () who will then send you the ZOOM link, and minutes of the 2025 AGM.

2026 subscriptions were held at 2025 levels. These are £5 for Seniors & Families, and £0 (nil) for Juniors. We do not make a distinction for the BOF membership category of Young Adult.
9 Election of Officers: Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Captain, Other Committee members
10 Other Roles to be allocated as part of BOF affiliation: Safeguarding/Welfare Officers; Fixtures Secretaries; Membership Secretary; Member Communications; Webmaster.
Other Roles:Results / SI Equipment; Equipment Officer; Mapping Officers; SWELL co-ordinator; Street-O; MapRun co-ordinator.
