2019 EAOA Champion Mike retains the M55 EAOA title

Congratulations to Mike Muggeridge for winning the 2019 M55 title at the recent EA Championships held at Sheringham Park in north Norfolk. He retains the trophy for a second year. He finished 3 minutes ahead of fellow club-mate Paul Beckett. (The photo is from last year when Paul was EAOA Chairman; he is seen here presenting the trophy to Mike).
